It's not too late!

But you sure might be, if you are interested in pursuing a higher education course in one of the top Nations of the world, and don't do something about it quick enough. Almost all Universities open their doors to students for an intake in the month of Aug/ September/ October '10. Keeping time management in mind, if you do not want to waste one whole year , quick thinking, a well planned agenda and professional guidance from Edwise as to where to apply can still get you working towards a degree from a reputed institute.

The next 15 - 20 days or so are the last legs of the admission procedures that Universities are rounding off. One must note that in this intake there is a complete range of courses available which is not the case for the Jan/ Feb intake. And what's more, the lingering doubt that most student have about getting visas at the last minute, is also not such a problem. Let's take the instance of UK for example.

UK academic session begins in September/ October and that's just a couple of months away. Even if you have not yet applied but are surely interested to do so there is still chance to make to the UK for this intake. Given that the application process for universities in UK is relating easing and takes around a couple of weeks you can apply within the next few days and get your offers soon thereafter. Visas are quite easy to obtain for genuine applicants who have received a CAS and are able to show the required funding available with them.

US: Fall admission is still open for some US universities. Few universities have rolling admissions wherein applications are accepted throughout the year, including for Fall 2010. Courses on offer for the September intake ranges mainly from Study  MBA, Engineering, Arts at both Masters and Bachelors level. Hence students who haven’t applied, they could make it for the fall session.

Canada: Canada's education system is excellent and ranks amongst the best in the world. Some institutions still continue to accept applications for this fall. One can enroll in postgraduate or undergraduate, diploma programs at this stage. A large number of students from India enroll in the PG Diploma programs which require 15 years education only. The options are in the fields of Advanced Technology, Business, Media, Arts & design, Hospitality & Tourism.

New Zealand: New Zealand has intakes in february and July but some of the universities and institutes have intakes in Sept. If you are looking for world-class education and training, and also want new experiences, fun, a relaxed lifestyle and a safe and healthy environment, then you should consider New Zealand.

Singapore: It is a hub of excellence in education. There are more than 300 private institutions in Singapore which have multiple intakes in a year. Private schools offer various courses at the certificate, diploma, bachelor and postgraduate level through partnerships with popular international universities from the US, UK, Australia etc,

Counsellors at Edwise are updated about which institutions have seats available for which courses. Further there are some scholarships still available for UG and PG programs in select institutions. We give complete guidance from university selection based on personal and course wise choice, to admission counselling, documentation and visa counselling, to ensure a smooth application process so that the student can start his or her international education on time. So get some right advice and don't miss the bus.
