GRE or Graduate Record Examination is a world renowned admission test required to be given by the candidates who are keen on admissions to graduate programs primarily in the areas of Engineering and Sciences at education institutions in USA. The GRE is designed to help graduate schools assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in technical fields. Some of these skills include the ability to read complex informational texts and understand high level vocabulary in the Verbal Section, the ability to respond to an issue in written form in the Analytical Writing Section, and be able to apply general mathematical concepts to a variety of problem types in the Quantitative Section. GRE scores are used by more than 3,000 graduate programs throughout the world and are valid for a period of 5 years. Test takers can register for the exam via telephone or online.
The GRE test is a section adaptive test within the same section, the test progresses. Depending on the candidate’s responses to a particular section, the test gets harder or easier. For instance, if a candidate finds the first section on Verbal reasoning hard, the next section will be easier.

Student Testimonials
I had attended the GRE and IELTS classes at Edwise. The classes were helpful in focusing my concentration on the exam. The teachers of both quants and verbal gave minute points on how to go about solving different types of questions. Studying new words in verbal helped in increasing my vocabulary and the different shortcuts in Maths reduced the working time on the problem. Another important thing that I learnt is the management of time and completing the exam within the given time. The Barron's online test and the mock tests helped in this. Overall, I felt the classes were very active and helpful
